Today I continued my week off work and I played 90 minutes of indoor bowls which, when played alone, means 4 bowls followed by a walk to the opposite end of the rink then repeat. I probably did about 3000 steps. It’s great for low-impact exercise. I also did a ton of tidying and clearing in the house today where we cleared the TV area, drawers in the kitchen and upstairs cupboard.
In terms of food I did fine and had a nice amount today without overdoing it. I did get a craving for (of all things) Chicken Fried Rice with curry sauce (I don’t even like curry sauce that much) this evening but it came and went. My readings were fine with good adjustments.
