I did a good gym session today of 90 minutes consisting of 30 minutes of cardio and 60 minutes of weight training. I feel I am already getting a little stronger and enjoyed the session. I prefer it when it is quieter so going through the day helps.
My levels were good today and I give myself a 7/10 for food. I didn’t make many errors. I’m getting Protein powder delivered tomorrow which I will have immediately after weight training and will see how that goes. I selected a very low carb 24g per scoop protein with chocolate caramel flavour. It’s 2.5kg so I’m stuck with it so I hope I like it or learn to like it!
