I was extremely stressed today for reasons I cannot disclose. I ate a good breakfast and met a friend for lunch where I resisted a Morrisons Little Breakfast (anything but little at 900+ calories) and had poached eggs on brown toast instead. It was lovely.
I had two tuna sandwiches and a banana for tea. I had nothing else and came in at a decent 6.6 but because it’s about 0.5 under 7.0 I adjusted down to 28 units of glargine.
