Today was not a fantastic food day but well within my calorie goal. My usual breakfast at 5.6 (I will try taking 6 units tomorrow) saw me come in at 7.0 around lunchtime and I am at a loss to explain that one. At tea my adjustment worked.
Because I had a Football match (we won 4-1!) and had to leave the house at 5.10pm I could not make my usual roast. I had a packet of crisps at the bar afterwards and good job I did as I came in low at 5.9. I thought 5 units at tea was more than enough to get back to my 7.0 range. From 5.9 I adjusted to 26 units of glargine before bed.
