Porridge for breakfast and I measured how much milk to use, 180ml, and then another 20ml to cool it down after it’s 2 minutes in the microwave. This avoids using the bag to fill the milk which is a right carry on. Small steps to progress! No gym today as I did loads yesterday.
I watched Consett FC win 4-2 vs Ryhope and had a chip butty instead of my normal tea. I am up early in the morning to cook lunch and have my porridge. It will be a tight day tomorrow with gym in the afternoon followed by a roast in the evening.
