Today was a great example of how to start well then go wrong. I did my shopping today and have introduced Oatmeal into my breakfast instead of Weetabix and will look at some protein powder but may wait for more weight loss before I begin to introduce that into my regime.

I messed up after lunch eating some Ice Cream, a roll and even a piece of fudge someone gave me. I felt bad about it afterwards and at 14.7 that was the highest I’ve been for ages. Idiot. I over-corrected and had to have a piece of bread roll before heading to bed. Upset with myself.
