I was naughty today. I went to the Football and I always have a Hot Dog or Burger whenever I go. It’s bad and I shouldn’t do it but it’s a long-standing habit. I admit I had one tonight. I should have paid the price but my reading was 6.4 before bed so I adjusted to 28 glargines because I imagine my sugar would continue to go up because of the bread so I may be higher than I’d like in the morning as a result.
I need to increase my exercise dramatically. My weight loss has slowed and I fear it’s because I’ve gradually increased the calories and whilst I’m still coming in at under 2000 per day I am keen to maintain discipline and do better. I don’t want to slip.
Tomorrow I am meeting friends for breakfast but will make a healthy choice and I will exercise in the afternoon and also do some weights.
