I ate better today but it does seem to have got harder in the last few days. My readings have increased a little bit into the 6.0 – 7.0 so I’m going to work hard to get them back into the 5.0 – 6.0 range. I was just in range at 9.5 before bed so adjusted to 34 units of glargine. Sometimes the readings are not completely predictable and it’s important to stay in range rather than stressing about specific numbers.
A solid, if unspectacular day. Tomorrow will be maximum effort because whilst I have no made what I would class as “mistakes” I have lost a bit of intensity and need it back if I am to achieve my goals.
Over the summer I shall be putting together plans for a new gym space in the garage.
