I was at work today and it was a day off from the gym although I feel fine following yesterday’s session. I expected real soreness and stiffness but there is (currently) nothing. Hopefully this is a sign the body is getting used to the exertion.
I took what I thought was the right amount of insulin at tea but my adjustment was off. My method is calculating is usually guess the carbs, divide by 10 and add 2 or 3 units. It sounds a bit random but it works. At night I’m going to reverse and minus 2 or 3 depending on where my tea reading is sitting. Lately I’ve been decent at getting to around 7.0 before bed.
