Today I started well with a light breakfast and lunch. I really struggled throughout the morning and was hungry. I had a packet of crisps as I didn’t have a banana but if you’ve dieted before trust me when I say a little of what you like is dangerous. It resulted in me going to Morrison’s and buying my food but then getting a small brown baguette and eating half of that. I paid the price with a 10.1 reading. That’s the life lesson from today.
I successfully adjusted and got back to 6.2 by night. A bit low but a further adjustment will see me right in the morning. I’ve found the afternoons hard as I want something I like. I think it’s because the weight loss has slowed and it feels like it’s stopped. It hasn’t, but it will if I don’t get myself in gear.
Re-focus tomorrow. Without fail.
