Today my partner Ash visited me and we went to watch Newcastle Utd play Football. I managed to keep my sugar levels consistent. At tea I ate a Roast Dinner, but I changed my potatoes from one baking potato mashed to some smaller baby potatoes (4). I decided not to have my bun as I was quite full, hence 5.9 before bed. Despite this being low I know that take 26 units of glargine sees me arrive back where I started from in the morning, almost without fail.
