Exercise – 20 minutes of activity when I hoovered out and 10 minutes on exercise bike before bed.

I was hoping to use Orange as a way of getting something sort of sweet into me in the gap before teatime as that is my red zone where I really struggle. It worked, but it hiked up my sugar levels which was irritating. Will not have orange tomorrow and will monitor was effect banana only at 330pm has on my levels. Bread intake dramatically reduced, was tough but doable.
