I made a pact with myself to be really focused today. I managed to do better having my normal breakfast and a decent lunch, no snacks until tea then my tea with no subsequent snacks afterwards.
The only error I made was allowing myself a little brown sauce and not factoring that in or checking the sugar content. That hiked me to 7.0 but I got it back. I attended Football this afternoon and didn’t snack. I then went to a quiz in the evening and didn’t have food.
