I miscalculated at tea when I was looking to bring down my sugar reading to 7.0 by night. I hypoed whilst playing Indoor Bowls and had to eat a kit kat. I’m not quite sure how I got it so wrong, however, at 7.8 at night it was clear I had made an error.

With council restarting meetings on Monday it is back to normal and a push will start towards the target weight loss for this coming month. I hope to get to 17st 9lbs by the next weigh-in which is another 10 pounds off.
