Exercise: 2.5 hours of volleyball in the evening. Moderate exercise.

Unhappy with morning reading. Will go down to 1 x Tortilla wrap. I am good at adjusting at breakfast to get lunchtime reading correct. Would like to be able to manipulate evening and tea reading too as that will make a big different to my Hb1c reading I think.

At lunch I made a mistake by having 22 insulin but no carbs. Felt shaky at 2pm, checked before driving. Had no idea it would happen and researched online and found that I had taken too much as no carbs at lunch (or few). Had to eat chocolate to recover and did not want to as no inclination to eat it.

Logic behind 32gl before bed is that this amount seems to bring reading 1.0 down from when I go to bed so should be 5.7 in morning hopefully so will adjust morning insulin to 16-18 if that’s the case.
