Jeffrey Lisandro has got three World Series of Poker bracelets, all of which have come in the discipline of Stud! An amazing record for Jeffrey who has had four cashes in the 2009 WSOP and is enjoying a brilliant run. Read on for details of his dominance of the Stud tournaments at this years WSOP.

His first WSOP bracelet was won in Event 32 of the 2007 World Series winning the $2,000 buy-in event beating out 212 other participants to the first prize of $118,426. Notable finishers in that event included Mel Judah in 10th place and Daniel Negreanu in 5th.
Lisandro, who was a successful real estate investor before turning his hand to professional poker, next tasted success in the 2008 World Series coming 2nd in the No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball w/ReBuys Event 18. 85 professionals re-bought and added on 272 times in the $5,000 buy-in event. Mike Matusow took home the bracelet in that event, but Lisandro did amazingly to finish second from a final table that included no less than 8 top professional players. Mike Matusow, Lisandro, Erick Lindgren, Barry Greenstein, Tom Schneider, Tom Dwan, Tony G and David Benyamine were the final 9 contestants.
He fared better in yet another Stud event at this years WSOP, winning his second bracelet in the 16th Event Seven Card Stud, beating out 358 Stud players to win $124,975. A nice profit on the $1,500 buy-in. He beat top professional John Juanda who finished 5th in that event. Amazingly in Event 6 in the $10,000 buy-in Lisandro finished 9th out of 142 players for $36,266.
He managed two more cashes in other events before securing another bracelet, his third overall and second of this years world series. World Championship Seven Card Stud H/L-8 (Event 37) belonged to him as he bested another quality Stud field to win $431,656 from the $10,000 buy-in and beat out 163 players. Doyle Brunson came close to an 11th bracelet by finishing seventh. Justin “BoostedJ” Smith came 8th, with Scotty Nguyen in 11th.
Truly a magnificent performance by arguably the best Stud player in the world. The results he has enjoyed certainly back this up.
