Standard day until the evening but do not disregard that I am still on the diet after almost a month! I had thrown out the final potato and gone back to my Morrison’s potato. I allowed myself an extra bread roll for a treat and adjusted to 6 units of insulin to compensate. I fell asleep at 10.30pm on my bed and woke up cursing at 1.30am! Interestingly I was 8.3 which almost proves that the carb-laden beast potatoes I had been eating were no good for me. This is another good piece of learning. 30 units of glargine taken and a quick post and off to bed.
It was a good day for me as I also found out I had a tax rebate coming in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow it will be exercise in the morning and a bit of free weights. I am thinking of turning my garage into a little gym.
