I needed a blow out and got it out of my system today with a hefty lunch that I paid the price for at tea with a 12.1 reading. I feel more able now to refocus and get back to eating healthy lunches.

Taking a positive out of what is undoubtedly a negative, my adjustment was spot on getting to 6.9 before bed. That’s all there is to say really. I did notice that my blow out stopped me feeling hungry for the rest of the day so my stomach has definitely shrunk to a more normal size. I used to be able to eat those sized meals three times a day with snacks on top. Now I have no inclination to do it, which is good.
