Today I got back on the wagon and began my new improved regime that involves focus on gym, wellbeing and health. I am reintroducing the food eaten column into the tables for maximum accountability which helps me say no to bad choices. Weekly weigh-ins will start from a week Sunday. Again for accountability purposes.
